// THE OFFER

Demonstration data, collected to your spec

Robot foundation models are gated by demonstration data, and the demonstrations that matter are the ones matching your task. We run the capture operation so your researchers can stay on the model.

WHY BUY DATA

Your Model Team Should Not Run a Capture Floor

Every lab training manipulation policies hits the same wall. The architecture works, the training recipe works, and progress stalls on demonstrations: recruiting operators, building rigs, calibrating cameras, reviewing episodes, fixing the ones that drifted out of sync. That is a production operation, and it competes for the exact people you hired to do research. Capture as a service exists because the two jobs do not belong in the same room.

🎯
Collected to Your Task Spec
Not scraped, not repackaged from open corpora. Your task, your objects, your success criteria, demonstrated deliberately and labeled against the spec you signed off on. If you need help writing that spec, we published our checklist.
🔁
Aligned State-Action Episodes
What policies train on is synchronized observation and action streams. Every episode carries a common clock across cameras, proprioception, and gripper state, with calibration files included and alignment verified per episode before delivery.
📦
Delivered in Your Format
LeRobot, RLDS, or GR00T-compatible delivery, with a loader script that reads the dataset unmodified. If format choice is still open on your side, our buyer's guide to the three formats explains the trade-offs.
🧵
Hard Tasks Are the Point
Our studios specialize in deformable and skilled manipulation: garment operations such as sewing, ironing, fastening, hanging, and dressing forms. The categories open datasets barely touch are the ones we built the operation around.
CAPTURE METHODS

What We Collect

🖐
Teleoperated Demonstrations
Leader-follower and VR teleoperation on arm rigs, producing on-robot state-action pairs in your action space.
✂️
UMI-Style Gripper Capture
Handheld instrumented grippers for high-throughput, embodiment-agnostic demonstrations with recovered end-effector trajectories.
👀
Egocentric Video
Wrist and head camera capture of skilled human work, protocol-controlled for pretraining visual encoders and affordance models.
🧶
Deformable Objects
Cloth, cable, and packaging manipulation with controlled initial-state variation and recovery demonstrations.
🥽
Skilled Garment Operations
Sewing, ironing, fastening, hanging, and dressing forms, demonstrated by trained garment operators. Well beyond the folding tasks open data covers.
🔧
Custom Manipulation Tasks
Assembly, kitting, tool use, household tasks. If it can be demonstrated safely and repeatably, it can be specced and collected.
HOW IT WORKS

Spec to Dataset in Four Steps

1
Task Spec
We turn your task into a written collection spec: embodiment and action space, observation streams, diversity axes, success criteria, format, and acceptance sampling.
2
Pilot Batch
A small batch of real episodes lands in your training pipeline within the first two weeks. You verify cameras, alignment, labels, and format before full collection starts.
3
Full Collection
Trained operators run the approved protocol in our capture studios. Every episode passes synchronization, calibration, and completeness checks or it is re-collected.
4
Delivery
The dataset arrives in your format with calibration files, a data card, QA results, and a loader script. Sixty days from signed spec, written into the agreement.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions Buyers Actually Ask

Why not just use open datasets like DROID or AgiBot World?

Use them. They are excellent pretraining signal and they are free. They stop helping when the task, embodiment, objects, or scenes you care about are missing from their coverage, which is exactly the situation custom collection exists for. We wrote an honest comparison of when open corpora are enough.

How do you keep actions and observations aligned?

Every stream in an episode is recorded against a common clock, and alignment is checked per episode, not per batch. Episodes that fail synchronization, calibration, or completeness checks never reach the delivery. You receive the calibration files and the check results with the data.

What hardware do you collect on?

Teleoperated arm rigs and UMI-style handheld grippers, with synchronized wrist and scene cameras, in purpose-built capture studios in Asia Pacific. If your task needs your embodiment specifically, we collect to match its action space and camera placement, which is agreed in the spec stage.

Who owns the data?

You do. Custom collections are exclusive to the buyer and delivered under full ownership. We do not resell your dataset or fold it into a shared corpus.

What happens if the pilot batch is not right?

Then the spec changes before the meter runs. The pilot exists to surface camera placement issues, ambiguous success criteria, and edge cases while they are cheap to fix. Full collection starts only after you sign off on pilot episodes.

Can you really deliver in 60 days?

Sixty days from signed spec to delivered dataset is the commitment for standard scopes, and the schedule is written into the agreement with the pilot milestone in the first two weeks. Unusually large or exotic scopes get an honest timeline up front instead of a promise we cannot keep.
