Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) 強制性公積金
Under the MPFSO, both employer and employee must contribute 5% of relevant income (capped at HK$1,500/month each). Contributions will be auto-calculated in the contract.

根據《強積金條例》，僱主及僱員須各自供款有關入息的5%（每月上限為港幣1,500元）。供款金額將在合約中自動計算。

Statutory Entitlements 法定權益
The contract includes all statutory entitlements: 12 statutory holidays, rest days, paid sickness allowance, maternity leave (14 weeks), paternity leave (5 days), and statutory annual leave (7-14 days based on years of service).

合約包括所有法定權益：12天法定假日、休息日、有薪病假、產假（14週）、侍產假（5天）及法定年假（按服務年資7-14天）。
